The mandate of the Club is to provide and facilitate opportunities for employees to meet with work associates and those who have retired for the purpose of fellowship and retention of contacts. 

The Board has agreed that it is the policy of the Club to use its resources (e.g., website, mailing list, etc.) for direct Club purposes only, i.e. to maintain contact with its members, Club events and their deployment. In that regard the Club's resources will not be used to pass on other specific or general interest information which is unrelated to advancing the Club's mandate.
